The Cookeville District is spread across the most picturesque part of Tennessee, covering 12 counties within the Tennessee Conference. It is home to 114 congregations and approximately 14,500 members of The United Methodist Church. Together with the dedication of its life-long members and long-standing churches, the Cookeville District works to echo the mission statement of The United Methodist Church of “making disciples of Jesus Christ for the transformation of the world.”
